Pagnossin itself specializes in crockery based on iron stone ceramics. The company is also a leading Italian producer of terracotta flower pots, vases and other products, through subsidiary Vaserie Trevigiane.

Although Italy had built up a reputation worldwide for its quality china and porcelain production, this company started making bricks around 1920. Pagnossin’s ceramic activities outside of the stones only started in 1950 when the company started producing the iron tableware. By growing and purchasing quality ovens, Pagnossin decided in the 1960s to fully focus on ceramic tableware. In those years, Pagnossin became a leading name with its Italian tableware.

However, growth stagnated in the mid-1980s.
