Beautiful old oven dish from Arcopal with colorful images of flowers and grain. This nice dish is in good condition. Images are clear. It can probably last another 70 years.
* There is a mini damage to the bottom of the corner of the handle , see photo. The lid is completely good. Images are clear!

Arcopal
Arcopal belongs too Arc France, or actually under Arc International. Arcopal is known for its milky-white opal glass. ARC stands for Christallerie d'Arques, which was conceived in 1825. The technique of opal production was only jet discovered in 1958. Arcopal stands for strong tableware, or in this case "as strong as an elephant". There was a logo of an elephant's foot on the package with "Extra Resistants" underneath.
