French bamboo and glass coasters in color with butterflies

What a super nice find! There are real butterflies in these coasters, at least the wings. The inside is cut or drawn. The bottom is made of processed plastic, the top is made of glass. We’ve found something like this before, but that was a bread basket with knives in the basket, but also with the butterflies on the inside. Typically something French, probably 1980s. The wood is still in very nice condition! The butterflies are colorful and have been beautifully preserved.

Dimensions: 8.5 cm in diameter, inside is 7 cm x 1.5 cm in height.
