Shipment
We do our utmost to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to ship orders on business days on the same day, but no later than the next business day.
The prices quoted are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are:
Shipping within the Netherlands
€ 7.59 at your home for orders under € 75
€ 4.95 at a pick up point with DHL (you can choose a DHL shop)
Free for orders from € 75
Shipping to Belgium
€ 10.73 for orders under € 100
Free for orders from € 100
Shipping to countries inside EU
Shipping costs for countries inside the EU can be calculated on the product page when entering your address details or when you fill in your address details during checkout. We do not ship to England and Germany because of legislation.
The shipment is insured up to 200 euros and comes with track and trace information.

Shipping cost for countries outside the EU can be calculated on the product page when entering your address details or when you fill in your address details during checkout.
Shipping cost are based on weight and volume. If your country is not available in the list, then please feel free to contact us.

Returns
Not satisfied with your product? Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.
After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for return from your home to Retroriek are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately € 6.95 per package in the Netherlands and € 10.00 per package in Belgium. For the exact rates and other countries, please consult the website of your carrier. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the Retroriek. To make use of this right you can contact us via info@retroriek.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. Never return a product without first informing us.
Handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged on a return.
