Schott and Gen Mainz, square pyrex oven dish large with orange eyes, Carina, Peacock Eyes

What a beautiful “retro” print this beautiful baking dish by Schott and Gen… It has an image in orange with a circle pattern. They resemble eyes, which is why this bowl is also called Peacock Eyes (peacock eyes). These bowls are also called Jena glass, because of the origin of the glass; the glass was first made in Jena (German city) and later also in Mainz.. The bowl is in beautiful vintage condition. The image has some scratches on one side, see photo. The other side is beautiful. The colors are bright on both sides.

Size: 9.8inch x 11.8inch x 3.3inch / 25cm x 30cm x 8.3cm (height measured without lid).

It is a large oven dish and the lid is in very nice condition.
