Vintage enamel Dutch breadbox, bread tin in reseda green

Sold

Wow, you don’t see this color often and it is beautiful! The closure and handle are also slightly different from standard, which makes it a beautiful item. The bread box comes from the Netherlands from the 1950s. There is still a part of the sticker, which says Neerlandia Emaille. (Emaille= enamel) .

The color is called reseda green, and it is slightly lighter green, slightly darker than mint green. A nice color, we think. The bread tray has been used for years, so there are definitely some spots and scratches on the tin. On this tin, that is minimal on the paint. The color is somewhat worn from the copper on the locks and the screws have discoloration from the rust, but all minimal. The gloss of the paint is certainly still there!

Size: 18.9inch x 9.8inch x 7.1inch / 48cm x 25cm x 18cm.
