An Arcopal classic; the Lotus. A nice cheerful cup for your coffee. The heads are in beautiful condition, little signs of age; only a small discoloration on the image. The image is clear and bright in color.

Arcopal
Arcopal belongs too Arc France, or actually under Arc International. Arcopal is known for its milky-white opal glass. ARC stands for Christallerie d'Arques, which was conceived in 1825. The technique of opal production was only jet discovered in 1958. Arcopal stands for strong tableware, or in this case "as strong as an elephant". There was a logo of an elephant's foot on the package with "Extra Resistants" underneath.
